On "Emergent Layer," Jonathan Sielaff's melodic processed bass clarinet lines flow over Matt Carlson's complex, swirling modular synth beds. The stereo field is used to it's full capability, placing the listener in a physical torrent of electronic sound. Highly actualized and carefully placed music from this Portland, OR duo.
